MC5Jams asked: Both have hallucinagenic properities, the only difference is that muscaria mushrooms (such as fly algaric) are legal and can cause serious sickness/brain damage, while psilocybin mushrooms are illegal and create hallucinations, extremely similiar to muscaria mushrooms, without the unpredictable, unwanted side effects associated with muscaria. How is this possible from a legal stand point, and if psilocybin mushrooms are illegal, isn’t it kind of fucked that these more dangerous mushrooms are legal, and not illegal with psilocybin?

the_radish_spirit asked: In legal documents, what is the difference between provided and performed when referring to Services?
I am amending some contracts for Clients. Im trying to understand the difference between the two phrases from a legal perspective. Is it that a Service Provider performs Services for Clients or that a Service Provider provides Services for Clients?

Matt asked: I just saw a news report of a grow room in everette washington. They were licensed but were growing more than their legal amount. The news than stated they would face penalties to growing more than their legal amount. I was always under the impression it would be charged as any illegal operation would. Darklord asked: Hello everyone, can anyone help me with this? It is related to law! What is the legal problem? I think it is concerned with the data protection act. Please help me out.
Thank you a lot!
Thank you all for the quick response! I think ISP keep track of our data. Is that not a problem when we leave them. They should have no right to keep that information. It is a law question for my school. I do not know how to answer it!

gabriel b asked: There are two situations here I am a bit confused about so I will ask them both: (Names changed to protect identity)
Let’s say Rolf and Wolf form a contract in which no mention is made of how the goods are to be delivered. Where does the UCC state that teh delivery will take place?
2nd Situation:
Let’s say Mark and Jason enter into a contract in which Mark agrees to deliver cement to Jason at a construction site. If the parties neglect to include a price in the agreement, how will the courts decide?
