I am looking to set up a secure website offering people with Technical Specialities (e.g. Networking, Programming, Website design etc.) to search jobs placed by those in need of the work being done.

The website will ideally have an optional escrow service which will allow the Techie to complete the work whilst knowing they will get paid (if it meets correct standards) and they buyer can place funds into an account knowing that if the work is not satisfactory there is no bill to pay.

I was just wandering what kind of legal requirements, regulations and procedures there were associated with this type of service…

Any help or advice would be brilliant…

Im in the UK by the way….i’m guessing the laws are different depending on the country you trade/live in.

Basically it is totally legal to protect your life and property with the gun. If some lunatic throws something at you targeting the fur coat, is it legal to shoot back.
Thing is if someone throws something at you, how do you know what is it? Is it deadly? It is normal reaction to protect yourself.

My employer is telling me that I have to print my W2’s online and they WILL not send them to me… I am just wondering if its legal for them to only do that or will they have to mail them to me if I ask.
They are not letting me do it at a facility and they told me if i dont have a computer go to a library.
