Aeds asked: I want to volunteer at a legal charity during my junior year of high school but it seems like there aren’t any opportunities. It seems like most places only want law school students/graduates. I wouldn’t mind doing grunt work; I just want to experience helping other people in a legal setting.

Shane K asked: My friend was charged with this and I have no idea what this means in legal terms.. Help?
I know what it is to the average person, I want to know what it means in legal terms…Like what is the scope of it? What constitutes willful harm to a child with possible death?

Also what recourse do employees have, are they protecting in any way from having an employer deny their right to date a coworker?

Nikki Narcotic asked: I would like to get a monroe piercing, but I need to know the legal age with parental consent. I’ve tried searching, but I’ve gotten several different answers. Some told me anyone under 18 must have parental consent, and some others told me that you must be 15 or older with parental consent. Does anyone know for sure what the legal age with parental consent is?

John S. asked: Person A writes a document from the point of view of Person B who reviews it, approves it, and signs it as if they originated the document themselves and this is their testimony.
In literary circles, that is “ghost writing” for someone. But in legal or business circles, is there a word for it (perhaps in Latin?) that is less colloquial or vernacular-oriented than “ghost writing” which brings to mind novels and scripts versus legal or business documents.

spaceshotx7 asked: I notice that all laws or legal documents are written using complicated Legal Jargon that often children may not understand. How come Laws and legal documents have to be written a certain way, instead of being written normally? For example: Legal documents including complex words like notwithstanding, hereafter, shall, provision, etc. If anyone is a lawyer, please answer this question.
