peersignal asked: I am a listed beneficiary to a Trust Account. The Trust Administrator keeps making promises that disbursements will be made, but nothing has been paid. The Administrator is difficult to contact, constantly ignoring phone calls and emails. This has been going on for 2 years and the account’s Administrator has changed hands 3 times. What legal rights do I have? The value of the trust has diminished substantially since 2 years ago and I am getting the feeling they are dragging their feet on purpose. Any advice would be appreciated. I am a beneficiary in one state, where the Trust is administered in another state.

lovlymandapanda asked: We just got a 110 gallon aquarium and would like to get a stingray, but are unsure how to go about it. I recently read that in most states in the U.S. it is actually illegal to own one in your home, but we are in the military so we move around a lot and may soon go to a state where it is legal. I just don’t know which states are the legal ones. . . And does anyone have any tips on the care of a stingray? And what other fish can go in the aquarium with it?

Rachael asked: I work at a security company. We go by a chain of command in this company. Our site supervisor is the Captain and our day shift supervisor is our Leutinant. The other supervisor’s are Sergants and anything below that is just called officers. I was wandering if it is legal for my captain and my leutinant to marry and still work here at the same company, during the same hours, on the same days. I know it seriously messes up our chain of command because if you have a problem with one supervisor you can’t go to the other.

Sidonie asked: Can you please cite your sources. I don’t think it is legal, but I’m having trouble finding a law on it.
A gift card is not the same as a gift. It does not seem logical nor legal to be charged sales tax on the purchase of a gift certificate when the person who uses the gift certificate will also be charged tax.

mr. drummin’ asked: Hi, I am an American trying to find out how I would go about obtaining legal resident status in Ireland. From what I have heard you need to live in Ireland for 4 years as a “legal resident” before you can become a naturalized citizen, my ultimate goal. Does anybody out there know how one goes about becoming a “legal resident” before becoming naturalized?

Sophie Andrelica asked: What are the specific legal definitions and the difference between a global supplier and regional supplier? (specifically relating to pharmaceutical biotechnology)
Whether it be from a international business organization or legal standards or whatever. If you could give a link to a website, that would be helpful as well.
Thank you!

SeaSquirt asked: I am so tired of people putting their bettas and goldfish in little tiny plastic containers where they can barely turn around, let alone swim freely. YES, a 10 gallon tank is $30, and more expensive than a 2.5 mini cube.
However, by putting the money towards a good tank, it means you’re a serious pet owner who will be responsible in other ways (feeding, cleaning).
Why is it legal to sell these tiny containers? It’s animal cruelty.
