Doorrat asked: I have a bottle of liquor that I’d like to sell. Is it legal for me as a private citizen to advertise it for sale and to sell it to another person (assuming of course that person can legally purchase and posses liquor and all that) within the state of Pennsylvania?
I’ve tried to read the liquor code or find some information somewhere, but really everything I find is so voluminous or just written in legalese that I don’t understand.

Harmony asked: America was strong, due in great part to our laws and the great variety of cultures who came together as “Legal Americans” with the determination to uphold and honor them. What does our government think the end result of disregarding the law for “select” illegal aliens will be? What is the reasoning of accommodating a second language AND providing financial aid, health and educational support from all of the “Legal Americans” who are still demanded by our government to obey the laws while our new neighbors are not only exempt, but encouraged not to by our own government funded community advisers?

I would like to ask you what are the legal procedures to let people advertise and pay a certain amount of money to me every month they want my online services in order for them to advertise on my website and do all of this legally?
What should I do to make this legal? What are the basic procedures? Please, help me, I don’t know anything about Law and I need to get more information in order to make my online business possible.
Thank you.
I’m in Alberta, Canada.

At first thought nothing of this, a bit strange but that’s all. However a friend has told me they think that is not legal. does anyone know if this is the case?

RobHunting asked: I live in Southern California and I see these shows and see cars at work or on the street that are highly modified and are driving on freeways. Is it legal to modify anything, as long as orginal emissions components are still intact? What is the limit? I found headers and intakes that are carb exempt but have not found anything on turbo kits. Anybody with any info are more than welcome to assist. Thank you.

Mitch M asked: What legal recourse do apartment renters have when it comes to putting up satellite dishes that conflict with the apartment building policies?
Do apartment managers have the right to “lock you out” of satellite providers?
