shorty girl asked: I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee in PA. The back tires are old with dry rot (winter off road tires) and the front tires are new (city tires). I want to know if it is legal for the dealership to have sold these to me. They agreed to sell me new tires for the back at the price they get the tires and to waive the labor fee. I don’t think they should have sold me the Jeep without first making all the tires new.

Rod6 asked: Is it legal to sell products online that are shipped directly from a manufacturer overseas to consumers? I think Dell is doing this and there is no problem.

QuestionsAnswered asked: I am trying to recoup costs of a car which I purchased last year. Basically it costs a decent amount of money (30,000) and I wish to attempt to sell tickets for a raffle which would allow the winner to then own the car and I would keep the raffle money. Im not sure if that is legal in the state of New Jersey, so I wanted to see if anyone knew if this was possible. Thanks for your help.

sweetkitten asked: I have been grewling over copyright infringement laws for 2 hours now. Does anyone have any simple answers? I just want to know what is legal and illegal in making a music video to my favorite songs? I just want to do this for personal pleasure and to have some fun editing and learning how to edit.
I’m not looking for links, I’m already frustrated. Just examples of what can and can not be done.

JDB538 asked: Said there is a employee of company who is well known for his job in the community. A new company moves into town that does the same thing. They hired the well known employee from out from under the original company. The original company believes they are losing business to the new company because they took their well known employee. Are there any legal actions that the original company can take against the new company?
I am writing a paper for a legal business class and I am struggling.
