Can you become a lawyer with a past history of anxiety?

lawyer
Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to become a lawyer with a past history of anxiety.I do not have anxiety anymore. Also, to become a lawyer, are there any mental or health tests or anything like that?

Thank You!

    You certainly can.
You don’t have to be a criminal lawyer…there is real estate law, estate practice, and other areas that have less anxiety to them than high pressure court cases.

    All lawyers have anxiety.
The want and are reaching out for your money, as much as they can get. Just listen to their TV ads.

No health, no mental. No problem with anxiety even if controlled with prescribed drugs.
Surprisingly, if you know a lot of attorneys, there is a morals check of a sort (usually called an ethics background) along with a normal background check. Misdemeanor and in some states felony convictions do not count. depends on the specific crime and how that states bar feels about it.
