I just saw a news report of a grow room in everette washington. They were licensed but were growing more than their legal amount. The news than stated they would face penalties to growing more than their legal amount. I was always under the impression it would be charged as any illegal operation would. Does anyone know what type of legal penalties that would bring and the differences if you were not a legal medical marijuana user? Please only answers that have to do with washington state.

I am amending some contracts for Clients. Im trying to understand the difference between the two phrases from a legal perspective. Is it that a Service Provider performs Services for Clients or that a Service Provider provides Services for Clients?

Both have hallucinagenic properities, the only difference is that muscaria mushrooms (such as fly algaric) are legal and can cause serious sickness/brain damage, while psilocybin mushrooms are illegal and create hallucinations, extremely similiar to muscaria mushrooms, without the unpredictable, unwanted side effects associated with muscaria. It doesn’t in other situations; rape is illegal whether or not you film it, uncompensated consensual sex is legal whether or not you film it.

Why does it make the difference between felony and legal act in prostitution?
They both get paid to have sex, the only difference is one of them does it in front of a camera and the other doesn’t. What makes one of these people significantly worse than the other?

Selling something is legal but advertising it isn’t (while advertising other things is)? How does that make any sense whatsoever?

I am fairly certain that it is legal to consider a person’s appearance when casting a theatrical production. I’m looking for the name of the document that makes this legal in the United States. In other words, why is this exempt from any federal laws that prohibit hiring people based on appearances?
