hopem. asked: I work part time in a well known company that has multiple managers. Lately, they’ve been cutting my hours saying that they are going “over” on theyre hours and theyve overscheduled too many people. Sometimes I feel like they even cut hours when the day is going green and we’re making our financial goals. I have a feeling that what they are doing is not legal. Is it legal for them to cut hours like this?
