going to court without a lawyer concerning a DWI, please help ?

Hof moet benoemen een verdediging advocaat voor u zonder kosten indien u niet in staat zijn in te huren een (Public Defender). Neem contact op met de rechter. Het is nooit verstandig om middel alles zonder juridisch advies.

Het is niet verstandig te allen te gaan voor de rechter voor een DWI geval zonder een advocaat. Als u in aanmerking komen (voor zover armoede richtsnoeren) voor gratis juridische vertegenwoordiging dan ten minste krijgen dat. Als u niet in aanmerking komen dan spreken met een advocaat en een betalingssysteem, maar niet naar de rechter stappen zonder een advocaat voor dat ernstige van een vergoeding.

Do not plead guilty because you can’t afford a lawyer. A conviction can affect any future employment, especially with a government agency. You insurance rates will increase as well and that will last for many years. Think of the future!! Find a lawyer. Do not plead guilty without legal representation! You will be paying for it one way or the other for a very long time to come.
Do NOT represent yourself under any circumstances. Get a public defender or borrow the money from someone. Do not cop a plea!

Hey Jude, geluiden alsof u een advocaat pro deo wenst. Maar als u uit gevangenis plakte? U don' t kwalificeert voor PD. U moet een Advocaat inhuren, beter als leugenaars kennen.
U zult de Rechters te weten komen, en alle mensen van de binnenstad in de Roman stijlgebouwen zijn de echte oplichters in de maatschappij.
Ik breken=zal= het onderaan echte eenvoudig Als you' re brak, don' t onderbreking de wet de gevangenissen, en de gevangenissen van mensen als me en u. volledig zijn.
Als you' de re rijken, en breken de wetten, kunt u uw onze manier van betalen knoeit voor een tijdje. De lijn van de bodem, als u aan het drinken van teveel don' krijgt; t aandrijving een auto. Vergeet nooit dit.

Diga que usted quisiera tener un juicio con jurado, de que usted can' t produce un abogado, y that' s él. Si usted don' t califica para un defensor público que usted puede todavía representarse " favorable per." Los favorables pers hacen realmente bastante bien en juicios con jurado porque los miembros del jurado tienden a sentir apesadumbrados para ellos y a intentar cortarlos una rotura (que asume ellos aren' t desagradable o beligerante). En 0.08, usted tiene un tiro decente en ganar.

Because of the seriousness of the charge, and the possibility of jail time, the court will not allow you to defend yourself. If you can prove that you can not afford an attorney, a public defender will be appointed.
