In de ons, artsen meestal eerst een bachelor graad (4 jaar) en ga vervolgens naar de medische school (nog eens 4 jaar) en vervolgens een stage (1-2 jaar). Meest dan een verblijf in een speciaal, en zelfs familieleden zorg wordt beschouwd als een specialiteit. Dat kan een ander 2-3 jaar.

To be admitted to law school, you need a Bachelor’s Degree which takes four years. Then you would go to law school which takes an additional three years. After graduating from law school, you have to pass the bar exam to be licensed in the state where you want to practice. So it would take 7 years going to school full time.

It takes 11 years or more to become a doctor. Being admitted to medical school requires a Bachelor’s Degree, You need to take certain courses such as biology and organic chemistry when you are in undergraduate school. You also have to take an MCAT exam to be considered for medical school. Then, medical school takes an additional four years, and then you have to be in residency (working under the supervision of doctors in your specialty) for three or more years after that.

The bar exam usually six months of preparation.
For lawyer in most states you need an undergrad degree to pass the bar exam usually six months of preparation.
