How much does a lawyer charge to look at a lease agreement?

My landlord (occupant of the house) is about to write a lease for me. He seems trustworthy but I want to make sure that everything is cool before I sign it. I will view it but also want a lawyer to view it. How much does a lawyer charge for that kind of stuff? It’s a simple, standard, residential lease.
