Anything from free to a couple of hundred dollars. Ask an attorney. Colanth

Just write it yourself. Type it up and send it certified return receipt. Keep a copy. Then use it to file small claims. Lawyers are too expensive! ditzee_nikki2006

You don’t really need a lawyer. write the letter yourself explaining your defense, print a copy of the contract and send it certified mail (costs about $2).

If they want to fight it (which chances are they won’t) you have that contract and the certified letter. KS

There is not a fixed number, it can go from $50 to $250 or more.

My advise is to take the phone book and start calling, I’m sure that you could find someone willing to give you a good deal. Just try to avoid “fancy” law firms since they are probably in no need to bargain. Artman
