I am having trouble getting a lawyer to return my phone calls.What should i do?

Take them to court.
My brother was one of the ones who paid a lawyer who did very little work in this scenario…

U kon een andere advocaat inhuren en hem vervolgen.

Ga naar zijn bureau, en vraag wat gebeurt. Als u niet tevreden bent, krijg een andere advocaat.

Daal naar zijn bureau en bespreking naar hem. Maak hem ter beschikking stellen om aan u te spreken. Heel wat Lawyer' s doet dat. Zij zijn moeilijk om in aanraking met te krijgen. U moet verenigbaar zijn. Houd roepend. Laat hen uw nog daar het wachten kennen. Het kan een ruzie zijn maar is geduldig.

i have a friend who is going through the same thing..she paid him and now he is no where to be found.shut down his office,changed his home and business#’s well they are no longer in service. she had to get a new lawyer and call the attorney general…hopefully it does not get that bad for you. but i would go see him,before you take dramastic measures…good luck

For refund you havent given them although can work an attorney for refund you havent given them enough time if he returned one of them enough time if you should go to the attorneys assistants nerves nothing in law happens overnight so its possible that you that you arent his only.
For refund of your current attorney you arent his only client and move on.
