I need legal help ASAP please before i do something to this person?

Hi, i need some legal help asap. Ok my gf was raped 2 months ago, weve gotten the police and detectives involved and they arent doing anything. This kid for the past few days now is calling my gf saying i hope your pregnant with my kid so you always remember me. We would report him for harrasment but he keeps using private numbers to call. Please tell me what i can do because the police arent doing anything and im getting to the point where im going to do something to him that will in the end throw me in jail?

the police never back-up revenge so dont bother, plus you will probably cause more trauma for your gf. get a good solicitor/laywer. sometimes it helps to cause a fuss about things because the police hate bad press. maybe if you wrote to a paper or called a radio station about the state of the way the police are handling your case they will take you seriously. your main thing now should be to look after her. good luck and sorry rachcakes

my father would say DONT GET CAUGHT… everyone has accidents…
and just because you know how did it and your GF knows who did it and even if the cops know who did it does NOT mean they can prove it.. maybe that is why nothing is being done..
start recording everything.. keep things on voice mail .. unless you or her know the number DO NOT pick up the phone…
then find him in a dark ally and beat the F*CK out of him.. show him what it is like to be raped.. LadyCatherine
