<description>State law regarding native plants of Arizona, to include the beautiful saguaro, were changed in early May.

Saguaros fall under Arizona's Protected Plants Law. A property owner CAN move a cactus but must first apply for a license to do so via the Arizona Dept of Agriculture. There are offices in Phoenix and Tucson; please consult the phone book for more details on physical locations.

A sagauro tag costs $8 per cacti.

Landowners and people interested in harvesting Arizona Native Plants must understand state regulations on native plants.&lt;a href="http://www.autostires.com/tires-261"&gt; Connie G&lt;/a&gt;</description>
