I’m 16 and my boyfriend is 20. we got caught having sex and he got arrested. now he’s getting out and suppousedly being put on probation but we don’t know yet. is there anything i can do to help him get out of trouble? i already told the cops it was consensual….but is there any thing else that can be done?

Je vriendje heeft de misdaad van verleiding voor seks met een minderjarige, zelfs als u toegelaten dat het consensus. Een volwassene moet zich niet bezighouden met sex met een minderjarige onder de wet, ook al was consensus. De wet kan worden hard, maar het is de wet. De enige verzachtende cirscumtance is in dit geval aan te tonen dat de seks was consensus voor jou om hem te helpen.

I' m de niet zekere… 4 jaar maakt tot het statutaire verkrachting, of niet toestemmend.
