legal problem?

legal problem
gomart27 asked:

I have a serious issue and need advice…and please no ads for free legal whatever just answer my question if you can. I got divorced three years ago and when I did I left my vehicle with my ex until she could get one of her own (because of our kids). I even paid for her car and gave her money that I thought was being used to pay on my vehicle when she had it. It turns out she didn’t…if fact she stripped the truck and then returned it to me two days before it got repoed. The loan company resold the truck a few months after….now out of nowhere a lawyer “representing” the loan company has seized my bank accounts to the tune of $40,000…….the problem is I only have $300 in the account….I only make $10,000 a year since the divorce…the loan is only $17,000 and the legal team is taking their sweet time fixing what they know is a goof….meanwhile I can’t pay my bills, buy meds my fiance needs..her money’s gone too although she isn’t part of this…please help

    Talk ta bankruptcy attorney asap.
They can stop this right now.

Everyone falls into stuff they cannot control, if you see no way out then this is the best quick fix.
You can get the court to stop the garnishment

My experience is if a person doesnt change the habits they will fall back into the same money issues they are currently facing…. hope this helped jack w

They can’t get blood from a stone, in fact your suit free. They can’t do any against you.

The debit will be written off. Sarge

Contact the loan company. Sounds like you’re stuck with a deficency balance on the truck, it not being worth what was owed on it. You’ll have to work something out with them. I’m afraid you’re on the hook. At least you may be able to negotiate out some of the legal and late fees.

    Good luck wizjp

you need to contact the company and ask for a face to face assessment so you can come to an agreement that can be signed by you both at the time. if they are not willing then take the company to court and explain that you have tried to negotiate and they are not willing. other that that i can only suggest you declare yourself bankrupt. fushia
