My ex’s lawyer got him to lie on the stand and the judge caught him. How do I press charges?
I want to charge him with perjury and maybe charge his lawyer with subourning perjury. How would I go about this?

kunt u niet kosteloos hem. een regering van justitie zou doen. het beste wat je kan doen is contact opnemen met het ministerie en vragen dat ze onderzoeken, die zij waarschijnlijk niet indien de rechter niet eens houd uw echtgenoot in minachting. U kunt ook contact opnemen met de balie van de ethische commissie om te klagen over het gedrag van de advocaat. ze zouden kunnen uitoefenen aparte professionele discipline.

Het is de rechter of officier van justitie de beslissing om al dan niet in rekening te brengen iemand met meineed. Zij zullen kijken naar het voor u en afhankelijk van het geval, kunnen ze dan niet bestand lasten. Ik ben verbaasd dat de rechter niet onmiddellijk iets doen op het moment dat het gebeurde. Maar worden forewarned, hoe belangrijk je zou denken is dit de wijk advocaat mag niet denken dat het de moeite zijn tijd te verwerken - dat gebeurt nogal wat eigenlijk.

You can’t charge him with perjury. The crime of perjury is committed against the state, not the individual. Thus, the state has to press charges.

You don’t. There is no private criminal prosecution in the u.s. Only the DA can elect to pursue a criminal charge. You can send the info to the DA who can decide, but you cannot control the decision.
