I am fairly certain that it is legal to consider a person’s appearance when casting a theatrical production. I’m looking for the name of the document that makes this legal in the United States. In other words, why is this exempt from any federal laws that prohibit hiring people based on appearances?

I work part time in a well known company that has multiple managers. Lately, they’ve been cutting my hours saying that they are going “over” on theyre hours and theyve overscheduled too many people. Sometimes I feel like they even cut hours when the day is going green and we’re making our financial goals. I have a feeling that what they are doing is not legal. It doesn’t in other situations; rape is illegal whether or not you film it, uncompensated consensual sex is legal whether or not you film it.

Why does it make the difference between felony and legal act in prostitution?
They both get paid to have sex, the only difference is one of them does it in front of a camera and the other doesn’t. What makes one of these people significantly worse than the other?

Selling something is legal but advertising it isn’t (while advertising other things is)? How does that make any sense whatsoever?

Heres the short:

One married couple; father cited for domestic violence;twice

Mother has a separate house besides the house she’s living in; she’s a landlord. She bought the house when the two separated; but when they got back together, the house become “ours” instead of “hers”.

Father as spent every drop of money on his failing business; has lost his proper licenses for the state of NV; had a lend put on the Mother’s other house. So she’s in the hole just has deep has him.

She wants to get a divorce, he saids he would sign it, but torn it half a refuses to.

As for kids….
15yo Female - wants to be with mom considering dad treats her bad also.

(2) 12yo (twins) - Male wants to go w/ mom; Female can’t decide

5yo Male- Verbally saids he wants to go with mom.

How can she get full custody easily with his history?
How can she get her name out of HIS debt?
Bottom line; Wife wants out, without HIS name; with the kids, with support, HOW?

I am 19 years old and was recently forced to leave my parents home by them. I had a 1000 dollar laptop which I bought but my parents say they are keeping because as they say it was a down payment on what they said I “owed” them for one year of tuition. I signed no document stating that i would pay any tuition or other school dues. in point of fact the bill was in my parents name is there anything i can do to get my computer back?
