20 Jan 09. A good day. (Erudite) asked:
A former janitor accused of being the main suspect in the Serial Shooter attacks was convicted on Friday of six murders and dozens of other crimes in a more than yearlong series of random attacks on pedestrians, cyclists and even animals that unnerved Phoenix-area residents for months. His lawyer said his client is innocent and will appeal.

rhinofinn asked:
If one gets their first DUI, was pulled over for turning into the wrong lane, blew a .13, and has a clean record, is it worth paying the money for a lawyer? Considering one also is a college student in good academic standing, and works for a school district, is that enough to get the best deal one can get from a judge with no need for a lawyer?
*also, the first cop who pulled one over initially was going to let one go, and it wasn’t until the sgt showed up and decided to further investigate, that the DUI was then administered. Is this something a lawyer could work with to completely get one off the hook?

Brit Brit asked: I have heard that completely remove your remark after ten years, it is still possible to become a shuttle anyway? My lawyer even told me that if my game cards right, that my DWI won 't even be on my record. And, if it would go completely out during two years. I have a connection with a lawyer.
