Why is it legal to sell these tiny containers? It’s animal cruelty.

asked: I Lent someone money and they signed a contract.I want to get a lawyer to send them a copy of it plus letter saying if they dont pay by due date (which they said they wont and never saw contract) i will be taking legal action.Any idea how much a lawyer would charge to send letter?
