Lil-Bake-Juggalo asked: My girlfriend wants to move to Michigan, shes 17 and currently lives in Florida, but shes very unhappy in Florida, and i want to help her out, shes just worried about getting in trouble.
I heard that the legal age you can leave your parents house in Michigan is 17, but i was wondering if it still applies if she came from Florida?
I really need real and true answers, please!….. Thank You!

Hott Gymnast asked: My friend was rape.d and her b/f and I have talked with her about turning the two guys in. She says that she won’t do anything b/c she gave up fighting back when she knew it was hopeless and in the eyes of the law, that makes it legal.
Is she right??
The second reason why not is b/c the two guys were old friends of hers. She tried to fight back but ended up with a broken wrist and broken ribs.
She doesn’t want her parents to know b/c she thinks they will blame her for not fighting back.
Would a parent feel this way??

INVENTOR asked: My parents own a property in Hyderabad. But someone else is giving trouble and the case is in the court. The others are trying to claim our property by false documents. But they can even manage the judge. so, my parents are afraid to go to the court because the judge most of them are corrupt can give a wrong judgment or judgment in their favor even if we prove that my parents own it with legal documents.
they have a good lawyer but nothing is really happening. everything depends on the judge.

sweetdreams asked: I need advice. My parents forced me to do Pharmacy School, but I was always more interested in law school. The problem is I probably know very little about it and was wondering, how difficult is it to become a criminal lawyer? What type of lawyer is the best kind to be?

missbeth623 asked: I’m 20 years old and wanting to go to the university that he currently works at. If he is my legal guardian I will recieve in-state as well as employee discount. I have lived with him for quite a few summers as well as spending the majority of my time out of town with that side of the family. How do I make this legal?
Also, I’m getting answers saying I no longer have a legal guardian. Currently my parents are my legal guardian, so that means I could transfer it to my family members. I’m looking for legal answers here. Thanks

B asked:
My mom and my dad said point of failure once or twice during the past 10 years. My older brother now lives with them because his health hasn 't been so great for a short time. Needless to say their accreditation isn 't so good after the archive for bankruptcys. Now I hear that the bank was foreclosing their homes and say to us, their adult children who have their lawyer working on it but don 't tell us much else. My parents havent worked such major decisions about their money in the past so we're pretty skeptical. Not only that one reason why the majior are finacial hell is this because my father point fell to a misleading of Internet email. I and my brother who try to help as much as we can with our own practical smarts but haven 't told us all the details so far. What we gather from my parents could be housless next February. What can be done legally to help, or what to do about all this? I don 't know what form of bankruptcy have Archive this time. but they say it will be required to pay all their debts outside of bankruptcy and to continue with all their bills will also receive future. The father works two jobs point. My mother is sull'inabilità. My elder brother also works but is a person who has been sick (and even if its not HIV or AIDS it may also be sick for years to come too) is now working at a Taco Del Mar.

elindsey223 asked:
This couple divorced some years ago, and the husband is being represented by a mutual family friend. The couple knew the lawyer in question as they were growing up, and were close friends with the lawyer’s parents. Is this an ethical client-lawyer relationship? This is happening in the state of Florida, if it makes a difference.
