What is the legal age of body piercing a minor with parental consent in NJ?

Some told me anyone under 18 must have parental consent, and some others told me that you must be 15 or older with parental consent. Without parental consent it is 16 however people that get monroe piercings are posers, so my advice is get a hobby. suchanoobski
