		<description>well, if the bank employee takes the job just to get information, it depends on how they intend to use it. taking the job purely to obtain such information is not in any way shape or form illegal. but some of the things they could do with it are.

as for legal liability, if the customer suffers from identity theft and can prove it was a result of the employees negligence, the BANK could be held liable under the tort of negligence. the bank, not the bank employee, its called vicarious liability.&lt;a href="http://www.resumeminers.com/Resume.htm"&gt; peterpan&lt;/a&gt;</description>
