What will happen to my boyfriend with his DWI charges?

Last night, my boyfriend was arrested for DWI. His charges are DWI, reckless driving, open container, and indicated impairment. He was speeding, that was the reckless driving..and he had two beers with a blood alcohol level of 2.1. He was taken to jail last night and got a bail bondsman to release him this morning. I want to know what the judge will most likely decide and if he’s going to go to jail. What type of lawyer should he get? I’m really worried =(
This all happened in Rio Rancho, NM.

lo mejor sería llegar con el fiscal y le dicen que se declaró inocente de dui motivo en caso de despido a los demás cargos. no sé en qué estado, pero su velocidad a menos que se forma sobre el límite no será realmente la conducción temeraria. quizá descuidado, pero no temeraria. con una tasa de alcoholemia es de .21 hasta allí, sin embargo por lo que el juez le probly martillo, porque eso es lo que él fue cuando tenía la conducción.

Bloed Alcohol ,21? Hij had veel meer dan 2 biertjes. Het zal afhangen van als hij is aangehouden, voordat voor DWI, de jugde de stemming, de DA's humeur en zijn advocaat. Voor een eerste overtreding, verlies van het rijden privledges, community service, DWI school proeftijd …… Als de rechter of DA zijn in een slecht humeur … hij kan krijgen gevangenis tijd. Hij heeft behoefte aan een criminele advocaat.

mildere daar dan hier. nog, het is standaard deze dagen: 's nachts in de gevangenis, gedaan. nu kijken naar licentie schorsing, verplicht AA, verplichte drugs-en alcoholgebruik klasse (kost veel), en dienstverlening aan de gemeenschap. misschien bestuurders Ed.

For the other charges probably minimum of 10 days in jail fines into the other charges probably have to install on of 10 days several hundred dollar bill there and alcohol classes suspended license back hell probably remain impounded for the four digit.

,21 Is meer als 12 + bieren. Haat te breken dat aan jou. Hij zal waarschijnlijk niet naar de gevangenis als het zijn eerste overtreding. Maar hij zal worden geconfronteerd met zware boetes, proeftijd, een geschorste licentie en behandeling klassen. Hij moet de strafrechtelijke verdediging advocaat die is gespecialiseerd in DWIs.
