Where I can I get honest help with the legal paperwork to file suit “PRO SE”?

Since you do not mention the state you are in it would be difficult for anyone to answer. In my home state the court house has an office that assist both the plaintiff’s and defendants in civil actions. I would go to your local court house and inquire if they offer this type of assistance. Shane
